Nonmembers
Nonmembers are not authorized to use HAR standard forms. The forms are proprietary and protected by federal copyright and trademark laws.
Use of HAR forms by any non-member may be considered a violation of HAR's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Purchase Information
HAR standard forms are not available for individual purchase. They are exclusively licensed to HAR members as a member benefit.
