9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Missed appointments must be rescheduled—no walk-ins.
Orders of more than 10 forms require 3 business days to process.
To pick up your forms, you must present valid government-issued photographic identification and signed user agreement; no person may pick up your forms for you.
To pick up any form other than the Rental Agreement, you must present your Hawaiʻi real estate pocket license.
No guidance on how to use the forms will be given.
Parking validation is not available for appointments.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Neighbor Island Purchases

HAR sells printed Standard Forms for pickup on Oʻahu only. If you're located on another island, please contact your local REALTOR® board to purchase forms:
