Before You Order

•Payment is required before a pickup appointment can be scheduled.
•Orders not paid within 30 days of submission will be canceled.
•Orders of more than 10 forms require a minimum of three (3) business days to process.
•One printed copy per form is provided.
•Forms are watermarked with the purchaser's name.

Pickup Appointments

•Pickup is by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
•Walk-ins are not permitted.
•Missed appointments must be rescheduled.
•No refunds are issued for missed appointments.
•Parking validation is not available.

Identification & License Requirements

To pick up your forms, you must:

•Present valid government-issued photo identification.
•Provide a signed Standard Forms Purchase Terms & Use Restrictions Agreement.
•Pick up your order personally (no third-party pickups permitted).

For any form other than the Rental Agreement:

•A valid Hawai'i real estate pocket license must be presented.
•License status must be active.

Important Notes

•No guidance, instruction, or advice will be provided regarding the use or completion of the forms.
•We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
