Before You Order

• Payment is required before a pickup appointment can be scheduled.
• Orders not paid within 30 days of submission will be canceled. A new request may be submitted at any time.
• Orders of more than 10 forms require a minimum of three (3) business days to process.
• One printed copy per form is provided.
• Forms are watermarked with the purchaser's name.

Pickup Appointments

• Pickup is by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Walk-ins are not permitted.
• Missed appointments must be rescheduled.
• No refunds are issued for missed appointments.
• Parking validation is not available.

Identification & License Requirements

To pick up your forms, you must:

• Present valid government-issued photo identification.
• Provide a signed Standard Forms Purchase Terms & Use Restrictions Agreement.
• Pick up your order personally (no third-party pickups permitted).

For any form other than the Rental Agreement:

• A valid Hawaiʻi real estate pocket license must be presented.
• License status must be active.

• No guidance, instruction, or advice will be provided regarding the use or completion of the forms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
