The Hawai‘i Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) serves its members through education and connection, promoting professionalism in the real estate industry. With nearly 700 members in the state, Hawai‘i RRC is the resource for Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) learning opportunities, promotion of CRS designation awareness, and CRS networking and referral benefits.

Hawai'i REBI Chapter
Since 1984, the Hawaii Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) Chapter has provided members with the necessary tools and skills to successfully manage a profitable real estate business in Hawaii. While its focus is residential broker management, all REALTORS® are welcome to join. This organization provides accredited courses locally to Seller Representative Specialist (SRS Designees) and those who earned or are earning the Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (CRETS) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) credentials. These courses serve as a pathway to achieving the highest designation of education achievement, the Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB).

Community Associations Institute Hawaii Chapter
The Community Associations Institute Hawaii Chapter (CAIH) serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations in Hawaii. Members include condominium, cooperative, and planned community associations as well as those who provide services and products to these associations. The Hawaii Chapter has almost 525 members. This includes about 50 business and nearly 100 Associations that represent thousands of homeowners. The Hawaii Chapter is one of 60 Community Associations Institute chapters in the nation.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. IREM Hawaii
The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Hawaii Chapter has been promoting professional real estate management in Hawaii for over 55 years. The Hawaii Chapter was established in 1956 by Aaron M. Chaney, Y.T. Lum and Ed Hustace. The current membership exceeds 200 professionals comprised of CPM®, CPM® Candidates, ARM® and ACoM® Members. The members of the Hawaii Chapter manage all types of income producing properties in the multi-family and commercial sectors.
NARPM Oahu Chapter
Members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARMP) specialize in the profitable management of single-family homes, condominiums, and small apartment complexes. We are dedicated to promoting a high standard of business ethics, professionalism, education, and fair housing practices.
