60 transactions OR $30M in volume over the last 3 years

EDUCATION

30 credits of RRC coursework (can be live classroom or eLearning courses)

PRO PROGRAM

EXPERIENCE

10 years minimum in real estate

PRODUCTION

150 transactions OR average of $1M per year with a minimum of 40 transactions

EDUCATION

16 credits of RRC coursework (can be classroom or eLearning courses)

MANAGER'S PROGRAM

You must meet at least ONE of the following requirements to select this program:

  • Directly managing a minimum of 400 closed residential transactions
  • Directly managing a minimum of $80M in closed residential transactions
  • Four years years of residential real estate management experience
  • 30 credits of RRC coursework (can be live classroom or eLearning courses)
