Hawai‘i REALTORS® welcomes Gina Duncan as its 2026 President.
Duncan has over 25 years of experience as a REALTOR® and practices on Oahu and Maui with connections throughout the state. Duncan was the owner of Fine Island Properties LLC, which she founded in 2015. She served as principal broker there until October 2025, when she became principal broker of ENRG Realty, launching the national brokerage’s first office in Hawai‘i.
Duncan has held many leadership positions within Hawai‘i’s REALTOR® community. She served on the Hawai‘i REALTORS® Board of Directors from 2019 to 2021 and was the 2025 Government Affairs Committee Liaison and the 2024 Standard Forms Committee Liaison. She is a past co-chair of the REALTORS® Association of Maui, served on the organization’s Board of Directors in 2020, as the secretary of the Board of Directors in 2017, and as President in 2019. She founded the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Aloha Chapter, where she served as president from 2015 to 2017, and has served on the Board of Directors/Advisor for that organization since 2018.
Duncan is deeply involved in her community, serving as a board member of the Maui Choral Arts Society, and as a supporter for Maui Interscholastic League for Central Maui, the Maui Academy of Performing Arts, ProArts, Maui OnStage, and Imua Family Services. She is a member of the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, Hālau Ke Kua O Ka Lā ‘Au ‘Ala ‘Iliahi, the Maui Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce, and a founding member of the Kimokeo Kapahulehua Foundation.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Duncan also lived in Washington State and Florida. She and her husband have lived on Maui for 30 years, where they currently share their home with two beloved Brittany spaniels.
