Hawai‘i REALTORS® is pleased to announce the 2026 Hawai‘i REALTORS® Leadership Academy (HARLA) cohort, comprised of 16 individuals from the REALTOR® community across the state.
HARLA is a nine-month leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. Participants will engage in individual study, group learning, and hands-on projects and gain insights from meaningful sessions with state and national industry leaders. Through the experience, they will grow personally and professionally while gaining the skills, confidence, and perspective to lead with authenticity and impact.
“The HAR Leadership Academy brings together exceptional professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences,” said Gina Duncan, the 2026 Hawai‘i REALTORS® president. “We are confident that they will fulfill HARLA’s mission of elevating the industry by strengthening Hawai‘i REALTORS®, their local associations, and serving their communities with purpose.”
The program begins in February and ends with a capstone retreat in October.
