Upon completion of this course the student will develop an increased knowledge and awareness of the changes moving forward in the real estate industry. The new

way of doing business and how we stay in compliance with the rules governing transparency, disclosure and processes to best serve our customers and clients.

  • The student will examine what the real estate industry might look like in the future and the changes needed to better service their buyers & sellers

  • The student will also review several real estate resources (ie. Videos, pdf’s, reports) available for Brokers & Agents to help them survive in this new environment

  • The student will be introduced to real estate institutes & societies that provide valuable, timely and relevant information through courses designed to grow & strengthen their skills in the real estate business.
