Use of Hawaiʻi REALTORS® Standard Forms

Hawaiʻi REALTORS® Members

Hawaiʻi REALTORS ® licenses its copyrighted standard forms to its members who are in good standing. Those members may use Hawaiʻi REALTORS ® 's standard forms in their Hawaiʻi real estate transactions under the terms of the License Agreement for Use of Standard Forms, as part of their member benefits.

Nonmembers

Nonmembers are not eligible for the unlimited use license described above, but may be eligible to purchase single use copies:

• Nonmember Hawaiʻi real estate licensees may purchase single-use copies of any form in Hawaiʻi REALTORS ® standard form.
• Nonmember property owners, custodians, and caretakers who are not Hawaiʻi real estate licensees may only purchase single-use copies of Hawaiʻi REALTORS ® standard form Rental Agreement (RR301).

All purchases are subject to Hawaiʻi REALTORS ® 's Printed Standard Forms Purchase and Use Restrictions and may only be used in Hawaiʻi real estate transactions.
