I would like to know what the requirements are for my business cards? +

Your business card is advertising. It must show your brokerage firm’s legal or registered trade name, your name as it appears on your real estate license, and your license status (broker or salesperson), which may be abbreviated as “(B)” or “(S)”.

If your card includes any address that isn’t your brokerage’s registered principal place of business or branch office (e.g., your home office or coworking suite address), you must also include your brokerage’s principal place of business or branch office address with a label identifying it as your brokerage’s principal place of business or branch office.

When using “REALTOR®”, write it just so—in all caps with the registered mark symbol (“®”) affixed to it. Never use the REALTOR® mark as a substitute for your license status. Always include your license status on your business cards.

Example:

Reid Estate (B), Realtor®
Easement, Please Properties

Example:
Ernest Money (S), Realtor®
123 Home Office Street
