Starting on February 5th, Act 278 will take effect requiring all landlords to provide a ten-day notice to tenants before moving forward with the eviction process and requiring landlords to participate in mediation if a tenant requests it within 10 days of receiving the Notice.  This presentation will provide an overview of the key requirements of Act 278.
