Two New Proposed Standard Forms for Member Feedback: Sight Unseen Addendum and Notice of Termination

The Standard Forms Committee (SFC) has created two new forms: 1) Sight Unseen Addendum and 2) Notice of Termination.

The SFC would appreciate feedback from members on the proposed new forms. The deadline to submit comments via SurveyMonkey is July 3, 2022.
