Hawai‘i REALTOR® of the Year Honored at National Conference of REALTORS®

Nancy Metcalf of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties took the stage among other respective state REALTORS® of the Year (ROTY) award winners, waving the Hawai‘i flag at the opening session of the National Association of REALTORS® Conference & Expo. Every year, state REALTOR® associations award the ROTY to experienced, successful REALTORS® who are active contributors to their associations and communities.

As the Hawai‘i statewide association of REALTORS®, Hawai‘i REALTORS® awards the prestigious ROTY award to a REALTOR® who displays exceptional experience in the multiple levels of REALTOR® associations (local, state, or national), REALTOR® spirit, civic activity, and business accomplishments. Metcalf is a longtime REALTOR® whose business accomplishments and outstanding service to her clients and the community exemplifies the qualities of a top REALTOR®.

Metcalf served on the Board of Directors for Hawai‘i REALTORS® and the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® (HBR), and has an impressive service history of 17 years at Hawai‘i REALTORS® and 14 at HBR. She is a longtime member and Past President (2000) of the local Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Chapter. Other notable achievements include winning CRS of the Year (2003), Aloha ‘Aina REALTORS® Choice Award (2001), and the Inaugural Founder’s Award from Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties (2011).

Metcalf has been a top producer at the Kahala office of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties for over 15 years and comes from a legacy of real estate professionals. Her mother, Barbara Dew, was a co-founder of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties and respected member of the REALTOR® community in Hawai‘i.
