Company policies are essential to mitigate risk and limit liability. This course provides a checklist of items that should be included in a policy manual and introduces options for each component. From federal mandates, state regulations and Code of Ethics compliance to employment laws, data security, and brokerage policy options, you’ll come away with a clear understanding of what should be addressed.
Matthew Rathbun, Instructor
Matthew Rathbun still works with clients and actually practice the skills and information that he delivers in each class. He is a licensed broker in Virginia, DC and Maryland and a licensed instructor in many states in the US. Currently Matthew is the Executive Vice President of a large multi-office firm in Virginia and oversees operations, risk management, and agent development among other things.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing by the class deadline date. A 90% refund will be provided. No refunds after the deadline date.
