The Hawai'i Association of REALTORS® has developed a Leadership Academy program exclusively for REALTORS®.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
REALTOR® members who are interested in sharpening their leadership skills in the expectation they will exert a strong, positive influence on the future of the REALTOR® organization and profession.

Leadership Academy Program Overview
The Leadership Academy is a training and development program designed to empower individuals to maximize their leadership potential.
Class of 2011 Dates
Session One: March 8, 9, and 10 (Title Guaranty Beach Houses on O'ahu)
Session Two: June 21, 22, and 23 (TBD)
Session Three: September 27, 28, and 29 (Bellows Air Force Station on O'ahu)
Selection
Participation in the Leadership Academy is open to members of the Hawai‘i Association of REALTORS®, but the knowledge and skills gained through the program can be applied within the REALTOR® organization, as well as other organizations.
A maximum of 12 individuals will be appointed to participate in the program. Since the number of appointments to the Leadership Academy is limited, applicants who are not selected are encouraged to reapply in subsequent years.
Participants will be chosen by the Leadership Academy Selection Committee based on the information provided in the application form.
Commitment Upon Acceptance
- Fee: $1,000
- Participants are expected to attend all three retreats.
- Travel cost is the responsibility of the participant.
- Fee covers the cost of the session, materials, accommodations, and meals.
