CCIM
Institute
The CCIM Institute confers the Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
designation through an extensive curriculum
of 200 classroom hours in addition to professional
experiential requirements. CCIM’s
are recognized experts in commercial real
estate brokerage, leasing, asset management,
valuation, and investment analysis, and
form a business network encompassing 1,000
markets throughout North America, Europe,
Asia, and the Caribbean. There are currently
more than 7,000 CCIM designees, with an
additional 6,500 professional pursuing the
designation.

CIPS
Network
The Certified International Property
Specialist Network, or CIPS Network,
is a specialty group within NAR that focuses
specifically on international real estate.
These professionals are familiar with restrictions
on foreign investment, licensing requirements
for foreign real estate practitioners, and
cultural issues related to international
transactions.

Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers
The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager
(CRB) designation is recognized industry-wide
as the symbol of excellence in brokerage
management. The most successful brokerages
are owned or managed by professionals having
the prestigious CRB designation. The CRB
designation signifies a leader in the industry
and the highest level of professional achievement
and recognition in the specialized field
of brokerage management.

Council of Certified Residential Specialists
The Council awards the CRS designation, the highest credential award, to REALTORS® who have completed its advanced educational and professional requirements in residential sales. CRS courses teach the most current information and techniques available in the areas of business planning and marketing, listing strategies, buyer sales strategies, real estate investment, and technology.

IREM®
The Institute of Real Estate Management® membership offers a professional advantage for those who want to get ahead, and stay ahead, in the competitive real estate market. The CPM®, ARM®, and AMO® credentials represent earned, professional credentials that require industry experience, training from IREM® and a commitment to a code of ethics that is strictly enforced by IREM®.
Certified Property Manager® (CPM®)
The CPM® designation is the only comprehensive certification program exclusively developed for property and asset managers working with large portfolios of all property types – residential, commercial, retail and industrial.
Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®)
The ARM® certification is for site managers working with all residential portfolios including conventional apartments, federally assisted housing, public housing, condominiums, homeowner’s associations or mobile home parks. It’s the industry most respected credential for residential site managers.
Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®)
The AMO® accreditation recognizes excellence among real estate management firms. Only those firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability can earn the AMO® credential.
