The CRS or Certified
Residential Specialist designation is the highest
designation awarded to real estate professionals
in residential sales. The designation is awarded
by the Council of Residential Specialists, which
is an affiliate of the National Association of
REALTORS®.
There are three
different programs to earn the CRS designation,
depending on the number of years of real estate
experience you have. You must meet the Council's
education and real estate experience requirements;
hold membership in the National Association of
REALTORS® and the CRS Council in order to
earn the CRS designation.
The Hawaii Aloha
Chapter of CRS is the local chapter for all CRS
designees and candidates. Members have the opportunity
to network at chapter meetings, receive information
on upcoming events through newsletters, gain access
to other local CRS chapters through a state membership
directory, and register for CRS courses at a discounted
rate.
For additional
information, contact the Residential Sales Council
at 800/462-8841, or visit
