CCIM Institute
The CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours in addition to professional experiential requirements. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. There are currently more than 7,000 CCIM designees, with an additional 6,500 professional pursuing the designation.

CIPS Network
The Certified International Property Specialist Network, or CIPS Network, is a specialty group within NAR that focuses specifically on international real estate. These professionals are familiar with restrictions on foreign investment, licensing requirements for foreign real estate practitioners, and cultural issues related to international transactions.

The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers
The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation is recognized industry-wide as the symbol of excellence in brokerage management. The most successful brokerages are owned or managed by professionals having the prestigious CRB designation. The CRB designation signifies a leader in the industry and the highest level of professional achievement and recognition in the specialized field of brokerage management.

Counselors of Real Estate
The Counselor of Real Estate or CRE is a member of The Counselors of Real Estate, an international group of recognized professionals who provide seasoned, objective advice on real property and land-related matters.  Only 1,100 practitioners throughout the world carry the CRE designation.  Membership is by invitation only.

Council of Certified Residential Specialists
The Council awards the CRS designation, the highest credential award, to REALTORS® who have completed its advanced educational and professional requirements in residential sales. CRS courses teach the most current information and techniques available in the areas of business planning and marketing, listing strategies, buyer sales strategies, real estate investment, and technology.

IREM®
The Institute of Real Estate Management® membership offers a professional advantage for those who want to get ahead, and stay ahead, in the competitive real estate market. The CPM®, ARM®, and AMO® credentials represent earned, professional credentials that require industry experience, training from IREM® and a commitment to a code of ethics that is strictly enforced by IREM®.

Certified Property Manager® (CPM®)
The CPM® designation is the only comprehensive certification program exclusively developed for property and asset managers working with large portfolios of all property types – residential, commercial, retail and industrial.

Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®)
The ARM® certification is for site managers working with all residential portfolios including conventional apartments, federally assisted housing, public housing, condominiums, homeowner’s associations or mobile home parks. It's the industry most respected credential for residential site managers.

Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®)
The AMO® accreditation recognizes excellence among real estate management firms. Only those firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability can earn the AMO® credential.

National Association of REALTORS®
The National Association of REALTORS® is committed to serving the diverse interests of real estate professionals. Through education and communication, they help REALTORS® work more effectively, keep what is earned, promote industry specialties, and improve and promote the REALTORS® reputation. Through designation and certification programs, NAR offers the most comprehensive educational offerings in the real estate industry.

General Accredited Appraiser (GAA)
Certified general appraisers wishing to increase their visibility should consider pursuing the GAA designation. The GAA designation is awarded to appraisers whose education and experience exceed state appraisal certification requirements and is supported by the National Association of REALTORS®. Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
Members involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information for their practice will want to participate in the REALTOR® Institute program and earn the GRI designation. Click here for more details.

REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE)
Association executives interested in demonstrating commitment to the field of REALTOR® association management should pursue the RCE designation. AEs are recognized for their specialized industry knowledge and their association achievements and experience.

Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA)
Certified residential appraisers wishing to increase their visibility should consider pursuing the RAA designation. The RAA designation is awarded to appraisers whose education and experience exceed state appraisal certification requirements and is supported by the National Association of REALTORS®. Resort & Second-Home Markets Certification
RSPS certification is offered by the NAR Resort for second-home professionals around the world. REALTORS® specializing in resort and second-home markets and those interested in demonstrating their knowledge and expertise should pursue the RSPS certification.  Click here for more information.

Transnational Referral Certification (TRC)
The goal of this certification offered by the National Association of REALTORS® is to prepare real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the Transnational Referral system developed by NAR and the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA).  Students will learn how to integrate international referrals, resulting in increased income, into their business plans.  Click here for more information.

Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council
REBAC's mission is to promote superior buyer representation skills and services through comprehensive education, and to provide membership value through a wide range of benefits. REBAC awards the ABR® and ABRMSM designations, “the Benchmarks of Excellence in Buyer Representation,” to its members who meet the prescribed criteria.

Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®)
The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by REBAC to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRMSM)

Geared to real estate firm brokers, owners and managers that have or wish to incorporate buyer representation into their daily practice, designees have taken and passed both the ABR® and ABRMSM course and provided documentation of past management experience.

REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI)
The REALTORS® Land Institute is dedicated to building knowledge, building relationships, and building business for its members — the extraordinary real estate professionals who broker, lease, sell, develop, and manage our most precious resource: the land.

Members of the REALTORS® Land Institute may earn the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation, which is conferred to only those land specialists who complete a rigorous education program and who achieve a volume of successful land transactions.

Accredited Land Consultant (ALC)
ALCs are the recognized experts in land brokerage transactions of five specialized types: (1) farms and ranches; (2) undeveloped tracts of land; (3) transitional and development land; (4) subdivision and wholesaling of lots; and (5) site selection and assemblage of land parcels.  Acquire valuable skills through educational offerings leading to the ALC designation.

Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES®)

Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®

Leadership Training Graduate
Career leaders aren't born, they're designated. The LTG designation focuses on career improvement and individual goal attainment. The designation provides recognition to professionals who excel in career leadership through the dynamic combination of education and experience.

Performance Management Network
The Performance Management Network (PMN) is a new REALTOR® designation that's built from the ground up to bring you the real-world skills, the know-how and the tools that will keep your business out front and on top of a lightning-fast market. This designation is unique to the REALTOR® family of designations, focusing on the idea that in order to enhance your business, you must enhance yourself.  The curriculum is driven by the following topics: negotiating strategies and tactics, networking and referrals, business planning & systems, personal performance management and cultural differences in buying and selling.
